Since forming in 2014, The Room Upstairs have become album-era hanger-on-ers, decorating themselves in retro-tinged melodies and folk-rock lyricisms. They muse on mortality, nostalgia, the passage of time, and emotional life crises (quarter, mid, or just normal "ran-out-of-milk" stuff).
